This session will provide updates on today’s digital media consumption, trends, along with arts industry benchmarks on digital campaign interaction. We’ll focus on successful strategies and tactics specific to targeting qualified new audiences for both ticket sales and membership, with case studies from 5th Avenue Theatre, The Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture and The Philadelphia Orchestra.
